In what areas do you provide service?
We provide service throughout the Upper Midwest and the surrounding region.
When will you do collections?
We will schedule a convenient time for collections. During the collection, the location gets paid their cash right on the spot. The collector will come every other week to cash out the equipment. While there he/she will clean the games, and fill any redemption pieces.
How much does it cost?
We set up and install the equipment in your location for NO fee. We also provide any necessary accessories such as, bar darts, throw lines, pool sticks, balls and chalk.
What if the equipment breaks down?
Our technicians service all out-of-order equipment to make sure the games are up and running for your customers. They take great pride in attending to every issue as quickly as possible.
Will I make any money?
We own all of our equipment and you get a percentage of the coin drop. Most of our machines are a 50/50 split. You as the location receive 50% of the coin drop. Jukeboxes, redemption and ATMs work a bit differently as there are royalty fees, product costs, etc. We can go over those details with you but you do receive a commission split from those machines as well.
Do you switch up machines?
We continue to assess how the equipment is profiting and make changes as we both see fit which may mean rotating out equipment to keep things fresh for your customers.
